New Year and Big Changes

I know I have been awol for a while, well since Christmas. Its been really busy and I have been really busy looking to relocate somewhere south of KC. It 2012 now and I am seeing that as a new year for big changes.

I will be starting my life anew once again. Things just have not worked out the way it was planned, which is fine. No harm no foul and no one is to blame. Just is not working out. I sincerely hope that the one that once was my better half finds happiness and joy with someone that is more suited for him. I am apparently not the one to do that. No harm done, we just both need to move on. The farm has not really been like home since I got back anyway and I want to build a home for myself for a change. I am really tired of trying to live my life for someone else and make them the happy one. It just doesn't work out very well. Time for me to be happy too.

All of my horses are going with me as well as my dogs. I am currently looking for a place (pasture) that I can lease until I can find a place to buy and perhaps build a house. Whisper and Cat will be returning home to Missouri this spring and I am looking forward to having them back. I miss them terribly. I hear that Whisper is getting bigger and bigger everyday. I haven't seen her in over two months or Cat either and I really wish they were home now.

I am really looking forward to this new chapter in my life. I know there will be some bumps in the road but nothing that I can not overcome. For the first time in a long time I am looking forward to life. I will still be around to see my daughter and my grand-daughter and I won't be leaving Missouri again.

I hope everyone is having a great new year so far and hope that 2012 brings happiness and great things for everyone.

To all my friends that have stuck by my side.....thank you. You are all part of the reason I don't leave Missouri again. It has really become my home. And even if I do live a couple hours away its better than being out of state.

Have a great day everyone!
